- ½ a ripe avocado
- ½ cup of spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons of coconut cream
- 1 frozen banana
- a handful of fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 1 cup of vanilla almond milk
