Ingredients
- 1 sachet of Willow Green Liquid collagen
- ½ cup of coconut water (add more for your preferred consistency)
- 1 kiwiÂ
- 1 small cucumber (de-seeding optional)Â
- 1 green appleÂ
- ½ a teaspoon of lemon juiceÂ
- a handful of mint leavesÂ
- ice (optional)
Method
Chop and blend ingredients with ice until smooth. If you’re not a fan of pulpy smoothies, why not try it as a juice! Simply juice the fruits and shake together with Willow Green and coconut water and serve over ice!
