Mixed Berry & Oats Smoothie

Start your day with the best breakfast to go! If you’re looking for something filling, that’s another reason to indulge in this breakfast smoothie with oats. Rolled oats provide fiber, and almond milk gives you protein. You can even make it the night before and then put it in the refrigerator ’til the next morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet of Willow Green Liquid collagen
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats 
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds 
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen) 
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup 
  • ½ cup of almond milk 
  • 3 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt 
  • ice

Method

1. Soak the chia seeds in 2 – 3 Tablespoons of water for 10 minutes. 
2. Add the rolled oats to the blender. Grind it to a fine powder. 
3. Add the chia seeds, berries, yogurt, and almond milk to the blender. Blend until smooth. 
4. Serve with ice (optional)
