Ingredients
- 1 sachet of Willow Green Liquid collagen
- 1 cup spinach or kale
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1-2cm piece of ginger
- 1 green apple
- 1 tablespoon honey
- A dash of almond milk (or your choice of dairy-free milk)
