Start your day right with our Willow Green Goddess Smoothie. Great for your gut and your skin, this nutritious smoothie will see you right through to lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet of Willow Green Liquid collagen
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1-2cm piece of ginger
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • A dash of almond milk (or your choice of dairy-free milk)

Method

Blend together until smooth and creamy and enjoy!

Top Tip – Freeze your banana for a thicker creamier smoothie.
